Staff sign in
Sign in with the passkey on your iPhone. You'll be asked for Face ID.
On a computer, choose “iPhone or other device” and scan the QR code with your phone.
New phone, or first time? You need to set up Face ID first. Open the set-up link in your invite email (it says “Set up Face ID”). If your iPhone shows a QR code or “security key” instead of Face ID, Face ID isn't set up on it yet.
Lost your phone? Use a recovery code
Customers: go to the customer portal.
